These terms govern your use of the Sölt Fitness & MedSpa website and your membership or services at our studio in Miami’s Design District. By booking a consultation, joining as a member, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy.
Membership Terms
Memberships require a 3-month commitment. A one-time membership fee applies to join. Contracts automatically roll over on a month-to-month basis after the initial commitment period unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a membership, provide at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Recovery and MedSpa services booked individually (without a membership) may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the studio directly.
SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sölt Fitness & MedSpa. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither Sölt Fitness & MedSpa nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Class & Booking Policies
Class times are listed on our Schedule page and may change. Personal training times are arranged directly with your trainer when you book.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in fitness classes, training, and recovery services carries inherent risk. Sölt Fitness & MedSpa is not liable for injuries arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
