Sölt Fitness & Medspa · July 1, 2026 · Recovery
One of the most common questions we get at Sölt Fitness & Medspa is whether you need to be a member to use our recovery and longevity services. The answer is no — our recovery amenities are available with or without a membership, which makes them one of the easiest ways to experience Sölt for the first time, whether or not you ever set foot on the Reformer.
What’s actually available
Sölt’s recovery and medspa services include NIR 7 Wave Red Light Therapy, full-body nitrogen-cooled Cryotherapy, Chromotherapy, and massage. Red light therapy is used for weight loss, body contouring, and injury recovery support; cryotherapy is a full-body, nitrogen-cooled session; chromotherapy uses light in a dedicated recovery setting; and massage — including our massage chair — is one of the most-used amenities in the studio.
Members on our Elite+ and Signature plans also get access to an AI 3D Body Scan as part of their membership — twice a year on Elite+, once a year on Signature — which is a helpful way to track changes over time alongside the recovery work.
Why recovery and MedSpa don’t require a membership
We built Sölt around the idea that fitness and recovery belong together, but that doesn’t mean every visit has to be a full class booking. Someone recovering from a hard training block elsewhere in Miami, dealing with everyday soreness, or simply wanting a red light or cryo session without committing to a class schedule can book recovery services on their own. It’s a lower-commitment way to see whether the studio, the space, and the team are the right fit before deciding on a membership.
Pairing recovery with training
For members who do train with us — whether that’s Reformer Pilates, our FORTIFY and FORGE strength formats, or one-on-one personal training with a NASM-certified coach — recovery services are usually the second half of the visit, not a separate trip. A 45-minute Reformer session followed by a few minutes in the massage chair, or a strength session followed by cryotherapy, is a common rhythm for members building a consistent routine.
Considering peptide and hormone support
For members thinking beyond in-studio recovery, Sölt also offers physician-guided peptide and hormone optimization focused on energy, recovery, body composition, and longevity. That path always starts with a private consultation rather than a walk-in session, since it’s guided care rather than a drop-in service — we won’t speculate here on specific protocols or outcomes, since that conversation is between you and the physician.
Getting started
Because recovery services don’t require a membership, the easiest first step is simply to book a private consultation. We’ll walk through what’s available, help you decide whether a one-off recovery visit or a membership makes more sense for your goals, and get you on the schedule — no pressure, no obligation to sign up for anything beyond that first conversation.
